A programme to support career transition when a primary career ends

The programme considers all aspects of transitioning. Transferable skills; employability skills & behaviours; current trends & longevity; mental health; physical health; housing; finances including benefits; The bigger picture – those around you. Belonging. Coping with change. Things you can & can’t control.

  • 3 day workshop with like minded individuals. Run by a professional facilitator / trainer. Supported by a personal workbook

  • Access to 1:1 job/life coaches for 12 months

  • Ongoing access to a support helpline  – signposting to appropriate support networks dependent on situation

This model has been run for years at the end of every military service personnel contract. 

The main aim of the programme is that industry sectors are able to support end of career for their employees. It is aimed to reduce national statistics around homelessness, unemployment, addiction, divorce & suicide by supporting individuals to build a second career and progress into the life they want.
