On a cold, wintery morning some Interns recently braved the snow and ice to attend a teambuilding exercise. They were challenged to build a bridge that was strong enough to hold both a plant and pot with only newspaper and sellotape.
They demonstrated team working, communication, ingenuity, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and celebrated each others achievements! All these are transferable skills and specifications to carry into the workplace.
