Intern spotlight (An employer’s perspective)

A West Yorkshire employer (Bradford Christian School) sent positive feedback about one of Coleman Training Development’s Supported Intern.

As well as sharing our interns' journeys we want to share how Supported Internships benefit young people from an Employer’s perspective as well.

💐We recently received this lovely email from BRADFORD CHRISTIAN SCHOOL who is working with one of our Supported Interns:

“I just wanted to let you know that Sam* is doing a great job.

(His manager) is singing his praises. She said he is coping really well and is a real asset to the team. 

(His manager) also mentioned that you have asked about Sam staying with us until the end of July.  This is something we are happy to facilitate for him.”
