Reverse Jobs Fair

Coleman Training Development recently went to the Jobs Fair at Bradford City Hall, arranged by Skills House, with visual CV boards created by the interns.

💼 Rather than our interns approaching the various employers' stalls, we arranged for the employers to approach them instead!

🔁 This is called a Reverse Jobs Fair.

🗨 While at the fair our interns spoke with employers, discussing themselves, their aspirations, experience, qualities and skills.

HH in particular was very active in speaking with many different people, both about himself but also what CTD is about and how we support the interns while out on work experience.

An excellent effort was made all around! 💪😁
