Work Experience

One of our PI's (Pre-Interns), Nathan, enjoyed his first Work Experience repainting Inspire Academy recently!

He demonstrated a really enthusiastic work ethic and proved himself to be a grafter with a great attitude to working.

The PI year is our first year, where interns are mostly based in our training rooms with work experience being shorter term and more varied.

The SI year is our second year, and is more work experience heavy with employers offering longer term internships with the end goal of our learners securing sustainable paid employment.
