After all the festive indulgence lately we thought it would be nice to share the PI's session around Healthy eating.

Some of our interns may never have made their own meals at home, and learning a few simple and affordable meal ideas is a great way to set them up for independent living.

Here our interns are being shown how to make coleslaw and cheese salad pittas.
