Work experience at Sue Ryder

One of our SI's (Supported Interns) is doing really well on his work experience placement at Sue Ryder

As part of his placement, CF has been developing customer service skills, learning to use the till/ take payments, sorting, tagging and sizing donations, and stocking shelves.

Our interns are responsible for their personal learning and development, but we provide a guiding hand and safety-net with CTD staff present to help when it's needed.

This frees up the employer's time for other tasks, but also benefits our partner employers because they receive an extra team member.
